Candey received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania. She is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and former Group Fitness Instructor. For the past 7 years Candey has taught a wide range of classes. A few of her favorites are Bootcamp, TRX, Core De Force and Dance Fitness.
Candey continuously furthers her education in health, wellness and fitness through reading, studying and workshops.
Candey enjoys working with people and learning their stories. She believes everyone can find something fitness/ wellness related to better their minds and bodies, no matter the age, condition or life circumstance.
