Sara received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2017. Through her education, she was able to work with a diverse population of patients, specifically those following a neurological event. These experiences have allowed Sara to tailor specific and individualized exercise programs for a wide range of patients.
Sara previously played basketball and volleyball at Shenandoah University during her undergraduate work. After sustaining a shoulder injury herself, she now has a passion to help athletes of all ages return to sport. Sara also has a special interest in using manual techniques to aide in the rehabilitation process; she has goals in becoming a Certified Manual Physical Therapist.
In her spare time she enjoys anything and everything fitness, including working out at the gym, hiking and basketball/ volleyball.
